Windowcraft in Värmland, Sweden

Jernberghets fönsterhantverk is a small company located in Lesjöfors, halfway between Mora and Karlstad, primarily specialised in renovating wooden windows.  Especially old windows are a treasure many houses in Sweden still possess.

My focus lies in sustainable methods that have been used for decades or even centuries. I use linseed oil paint and other products made of linseed oil because this is not only the best for the windows, it is eco-friendly and more durable than many modern products.
